What’s next?
We will open a support ticket that will remain open until your request has been completed.
You will receive an email with a document that you will need to electronically sign confirming the details of your request. You may also be required to acknowledge custodianship, depending on the equipment and location. The College requires such records for audit and regulatory purposes.
We may request approval from your leader, depending on the nature of the request and value of the equipment.
We will contact you either by phone or email to confirm arrangements.
We may have the equipment you need in stock. If so, we can arrange for you to pick up the equipment from one of our ILC open lab locations. This could avoid unnecessarily removing equipment and causing damage to cabling and other installations.
