  • New Password strength rule

  • Student, Employee & Contractor Passwords expire 365 days from the date of its creation.

  • Additional verification required when accessing the College’s systems & software when off-campus

Get Microsoft Authenticator

ALL STUDENTS, EMPLOYEES & CONTRACTORS MUST SET-UP MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATOR. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU DOWNLOAD THE APP TO YOUR MOBILE DEVICE.

Click the Download Button to download Microsoft Authenticator to your iOS or Android mobile device.

Click the One-Time Set-Up Button to set-up your Microsoft Authenticator.


What if I can’t Use a Smartphone?

You can set up MFA by going online & choose the following alternative methods:

Set up a phone call as your verification method

Set up text messaging as your verification method


What’s Next?

You must provide additional verification using your Microsoft Authenticator only when you are logging-in off-campus or not connected directly to the College’s network.
